at 10:00.AM with the following members to discuss
on the syllabus and examination pattern to be implemented with effect
from the academic year 2019-2020 onwards.
The following are the resolutions:
1. Resolved to
approve the syllabus for V & VI Semesters of Botany, Paper V, VI &VII
of Botany
2. Resolved to
approve the evaluation procedure for its implementation.
3. Resolved to
approve the changes in examination procedure for I, II, V & VI Semester of
UG and Changes in CIA of UG, mention grade point along with marks.
4.
Resolved to approve the panel of examiners for papers setting and
evaluation.

It is resolved.
Item-I: Resolved
unanimously the curiclla, syllabi of degree botany.
Item-2: Instructional
and evolution methods as such approved by the B.O.S Committee Resolved &
implemented.
Item-3: Procedures to
relevant to Examinations to be approved by the B.O.S Committee.
i).Resolved to implement
Internal 40 &External 60 marks to the present III Year student’s i.e., V/VI
Semesters.
ii).Resolved to
implement objective test for 10 marks to the present V/VI Semesters.
iii). Resolved
to implement ONLINE objective test to be implemented for the I &II Semester
Students.
Also
resolved that any student failed or irregular she has a ONLINE course
certificate of credits two with grade a marks certificate by SWAYAM /NEPTEL.
Item-4: To replace the
name of examiners who retired from their services and suggested new panel
members.
Item-5: It is resolved
to take up pilot projects for outgoing students in groups.
Item-6: The B.O.S
committee recommended to participate the students involving the organic compost
making, medicinal plants collecting & mushroom cultivation etc.
